Method
  1. Knead all ingredients together (except ghee), adding water to make a firm dough.
  2. Make into small balls and roll out 10 cm. discs.
  3. Deep fry in hot ghee.
  4. Drain well and serve with seb ki chutney
Ingredients:
500 gms. flour (maida)
4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup ground sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. aniseed (saunf), pounded finely
1 cup milk
Ghee for frying
