Method-
Sieve the besan in a fine sieve and keep aside.

Cut small pieces of the cashewnuts and almonds.

Melt the ghee in a pan.
- Add the besan and keep stirring till a nice aroma comes out. Mix in elaichi powder. Add the
cashewnuts and almonds.
- Mix well and remove from heat. Let is cool for some time. At the end at the powdered sugar and
mix very well.
- To mix this mixture, you can use the help of your hands.
- Make small round balls in the shape of a
walnut and keep in air tight containers.
Ingredients:
4 cups besan
12-15 cashewnuts
12-15 almonds
1 cup ghee
1 small tsp. white cardamom powder
2 cups powdered sugar
