Besan ke ladoo

Method
  1. Sieve the besan in a fine sieve and keep aside.
  2. Cut small pieces of the cashewnuts and almonds.
  3. Melt the ghee in a pan.
  4. Add the besan and keep stirring till a nice aroma comes out. Mix in elaichi powder. Add the cashewnuts and almonds.
  5. Mix well and remove from heat. Let is cool for some time. At the end at the powdered sugar and mix very well.
  6. To mix this mixture, you can use the help of your hands.
  7. Make small round balls in the shape of a walnut and keep in air tight containers.
Ingredients:
4 cups besan
12-15 cashewnuts
12-15 almonds
1 cup ghee
1 small tsp. white cardamom powder
2 cups powdered sugar
