Method
  1. Soak moong dal overnite,separately soak rice n urad dal in 2:1 ratio overnite.
  2. Grind moong dal next day and put the baater in a gresed vessel and steam cook for 10 mins.
  3. Grind rice and dal like dosa batter.
  4. Steam cook take the moong dal batter and loosen it. Mix it well with sugar powder with cardamom taken in 1:1 ratio.
  5. Make round balls and dip in dosa batter mixed with little salt.
  6. Finally deep fry till golden brown.
