Method
  1. Mix the cornflour in 3/4th cup water and mix well.
  2. Boil sugar in 1 cup water and let it boil.
  3. Add the lime juice and mix well.
  4. Lower the heat to medium. Add little cornflour mixture and keep stirring. When it boils, add some more cornflour mixture.
  5. Keep this doing till all the cornflour mixture has been used up.
  6. Let the mixture thicken and cook till the mixture becomes sticky.
  7. When the ghee is soaked, add some more ghee and mix.
  8. Let is dry completely.
  9. Add all the ghee in this manner.
  10. Put 1 tbsp. mixture on a plate. If it does not stick, then remove from heat.
  11. Add the rose water and remove to a greased plate. Decorate with the finely cut almonds and cashewnuts.
  12. Cut in desired shapes.
Ingredients:
100 gms. Cornflour
100 gms. Ghee
400 gms. Sugar
Few drops of rose water
2 big tbsp. almonds, cut finely
2 big tbsp. cashewnuts, cut finely
1 small tsp. lime juice
