Method
- Sieve and knead the flour by adding a little oil and water and make into a stiff dough. Reserve.
- Cook the bananas on a low fire, adding a little ghee and sugar.
- Cook till the sugar dissolves and the mixture is solid.
- Make this filling and the dough into equal number of balls.
- Roll each dough ball into a small 10 cm. puri.
- Put one ball of the banana mixture.
- Close the edges and remake it into a thin chapati.
- Fry on both sides on a greased tawa.
- Smear ghee on both sides.
- Serve hot or cold.
Ingredients:
6 Rajali bananas, peeled and chopped
2 cups flour (maida)
ΒΌ cup sugar
1 tsp. cardamom powder
Ghee as needed
A little oil
