1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. saffron
1 tsp. cummin seeds
1 tsp. chilli powder
100 gms. cauliflower, chopped
100 gms. peas
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup ghee
Salt to taste
