Method
  1. Mix the besan with 4 tbsp. ghee and keep stirring it continuously till the besan turns golden brown.
  2. Keep the mixture aside.
  3. Add 1 cup water to the sugar and make a chasni of thin consistency.
  4. When the chasni is ready, lower the heat and add the cooked besan and keep stirring continuously.
  5. Remove from and spread the mixture on a greased tray and pat it evenly.
  6. When the mixture cools down, cut into desired shapes. Serve.

200 gms. Besan
200 gms. Sugar
350 gms. Ghee
