Method
  1. Knead a stiff dough with all the ingredients (except ghee for frying) with water.
  2. Make equal sized balls.
  3. Roll out into 10 to 12 cm discs and fry in batches in hot ghee till puffed up and golden.
  4. Serve with any vegetable.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups wholemeal flour (atta)
1 cup rice flour
1 tsp. chilli powder
1/4 tsp. asafoetida
1/2 tsp. roasted cumin seeds, ground
2 tbsp. ghee
Ghee for frying
Salt to taste
