Sabudana vada

Method
  1. Wash sago thoroughly and soak in water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Drain out the water properly.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Mix sago, potato, green chillies, and salt in a bowl to form dough for vadas
  5. Make small, flat and round vadas with moist hands.
  6. Slide the vadas into the heated oil on medium flame.
  7. Deep fry until they turn crisp and light brown in colour.
  8. Take out the vadas and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
  9. Sabodana vada is ready to eat.
  10. Serve it hot with green chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup Sago (Sabudana)
1 Potato (boiled, peeled and mashed)
7-8 Green Chilies (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
