Method-
Mix the khoya, flour, semolina, milk and fennel seeds and make a smooth batter.
- In a pan, heat ghee and fry the malpuwas. Make a syrup with the sugar and water.
- Dip the fried malpuwas in the sugar syrup.
- Remove in a tray and garnish with dry fruits.

To make the roll, make a dough of maida and flour and add some melted ghee and make a hard dough. Make small balls and with a rolling pin make small puris.
- Roll the malpuwas and put in on top of the puris.
- Roll the sides of the puris and fold in the shape of a toffee.
- Then fry them in a pan on low heat and serve piping hot.

100 gms. milk khoya
20 gms. flour (maida)
20 gms. semolina
200 ml. milk
5 gms. fennel seeds
Ghee to fry
500 gms. sugar
2 cups water
2 tbsp. dry fruits
400 gms. maida for the roll
