Method
- Chop the mango into big cubes.
- Boil along with slit green chillies and salt
- When it is cooked (not too soft), add the jaggery.
- Temper with mustard seeds
- Fry vepampoo in ghee till the flowers turn brown and start smoking and add to the mixture
- Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
