Method
- Make a thick syrup of water and sugar.
- Add yellow colour and kesar to it and keep it aside.
- Now fry ghee and besan in a pan on low flame till besan turns golden brown.
- Now turn off the stove.
- Add some sugar syrup to the mixture and knead well.
- Now take a small quantity of mixture in hand and shape as modhak.
- Decorate with raisins.
Ingredients:
1& 1/2 bowl - besan
1 bowl - sugar
1/2 bowl - water
1 pinch - yellow colour
10 to 12 - kesar threads
