Peanut Curd Chutney

Method
  1. Beat curds till smooth.
  2. Add peanut, chilli, coriander, salt and sugar.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan, add curryleaves, allow to splutter.
  4. Add to curds, while spluttering.
  5. Stir to mix well.
  6. Refrigerate till required.
  7. Serve with sabodana wadas, ragira puris, etc.

Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 1/2 cups
Shelflife: 4-5 hours, refrigerated

Ingredients:
1 cup - fresh curds
1 tbsp - peanuts, crushed
1 - green chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped
1 stalk - curry leaves
1/2 tsp - sugar, powdered
1 tsp - oil
salt to taste
