Method
- Beat curds till smooth.
- Add peanut, chilli, coriander, salt and sugar.
- Heat oil in a small pan, add curryleaves, allow to splutter.
- Add to curds, while spluttering.
- Stir to mix well.
- Refrigerate till required.
- Serve with sabodana wadas, ragira puris, etc.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 1/2 cups
Shelflife: 4-5 hours, refrigerated
