Method
  1. Cut beans into very tiny pieces.
  2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, chillies.
  3. Add cut beans and salt.
  4. Pour some water just enough to cook the beans.
  5. Cover the pan and let the beans cook.
  6. Add the paste to it.
  7. Simmer again, stirring gently, till all water is evaporated.
  8. Serve hot with rice, chappati, etc.

Making time: 25 minutes
Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - long beans 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds 2 - dry red chillies broken in half 2 tbsp - oil salt to taste

Grind to a Paste:
3/4 cup - fresh coconut grated
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
3 flakes - garlic
2 - green chillies
2 to 3 pinches - turmeric powder
