Method
  1. Sieve salt and flour together.
  2. Add pepper powder and 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  3. Add ghee and curds and mix well.
  4. Add warm water little by little to knead dough.
  5. Make a soft pliable dough.
  6. Keep covered with a moist cloth for 10 minutes.
  7. Make small apricot sized balls.
  8. Roll into thick puries (4"diam. or as desired) some at a time.
  9. Sprinkle a few seeds of sesame over puris and press very lightly
  10. Deep fry in hot ghee.
  11. Allow to puff up, flip and fry other side till light golden.
  12. Drain and serve hot and puffed.
  13. Serve with dhoodh pak.

Ingredients:
3 cups - wheat flour
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
3 tbsp - sesame seeds
1 tbsp - ghee
1 tbsp - curds
warm water for kneading
ghee to deep fry
salt to taste
