Method
  1. Wash rice and let it dry

  2. Boil milk for 15 mins

  3. Add rice and let it cook till milk thickens and rice is cooked

  4. Add kesar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder

  5. Add jaggery and mix well till jaggery melts

  6. Remove from fire

  7. Garnish with almonds and pistachios

Ingredients:
2 litre milk
200 gms rice
200 gms soft jaggery
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
2 tbsp chopped almonds
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
6-7 strands of kesar
