Spicy Potatoes

Method
  1. Grind together green chillies and ginger to a paste.

  2. Mix together potatoes, curds, pepper, salt, ground paste.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add cuminseeds and curryleaves.

  4. Allow to splutter.

  5. Add potato mixture, and saute till oil separates.

  6. Remove from flame, mix in the powdered ingredients and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
400gms. baby potatoes, washed, scrubbed, boiled
1/2 cup plain curds
1/4 tsp. pepper powder
salt to taste
3 green chillies
1-1/2" ginger
2 tbsp. oil
1 stalk curry leaves
1 tsp. cumin seeds

Powder together:
1 tsp. sugar
3 cloves
3 cardamoms
1" stick cinnamon
