Place the remaining oil in a heatproof casserole dish, and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Add the garlic, onion and minced meat, stir
well and cook on Combination 220oC/MED for 8 mins, stirring twice.
Add the chilli, chilli powder, tomato puree, turmeric, cumin, coriander and paprika, stir and microwave on HIGH for 1 mins.
Add the tomatoes and microwave on HIGH for 5 mins, stirring 2-3 times.
Add the beans, cover and cook on Combination 220ï¿½C/LOW for 5 mins.
Serve with the poppudums, garnished with chilli peppers, if wished.
