Garlic Greens/keera koora

Method
  1. Take a pan and season urad dal and red chillies.
  2. Now add garlic and fry for 2 min.
  3. Put in finely chopped greens and sprinkle some water on it.
  4. Now close the lid and cook for a while till the greens get cooked.
  5. Now add salt to it fry for a while.
  6. Finally add coconut scrappings to it.
  7. Garlic greens is ready to taste.
  8. Tastes great with curd rice.

1 bunch - greens (mulai keerai)
20 pods - garlic
2 - red chillies
1/2 tsp - urad dal
1 tbsp - coconut
Salt to taste
