Method
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry onion till golden brown.
  2. Add garlic paste, fry till fragrant.
  3. Add all the powders, coriander leaves, gongura, green chilies and salt.
  4. Cover and cook till the leaves are soft.
  5. Heat remaining oil in a fry pan and add, mustard.
  6. When it splutters, add cumin and curry leaves, followed by red chilies.
  7. Fry for few seconds and add to the sabji and mix well.
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Onion - 1 � cup, thinly sliced
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - � tsp
Coriander leaves - � cup, chopped
Gongura - 4 cups, chopped
Green chilies - 6-8, slit
Salt - to taste
Mustard - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - � tsp
Curry leaves - few
Red chilies - 3-4, broken into pieces
