Stirfried Cabbage

Method
  1. Wash, drain, take cabbage in a bowl.

  2. Add all ingredients, except oil.

  3. Marinate, keeping aside for 15 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a heavy pan.

  5. Add marinated cabbage, stirfry till cabbage is tender but not mushy.

  6. Take off fire, serve hot with chapati or bread or even hot steamed rice.

Making time: 10 minutes (excluding marinating time)
Makes: 2 servings
Shelflife: Best fresh. Use refrigerated for cabbage frankies

Ingredients:
1 medium tender Cabbage shredded
1 tsp. chilli sauce
1 tsp. soya sauce
3 tsp. tomato sauce
1 tsp. white or brown vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger finely chopped
1 fresh red chilli finely chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp. oil
