By : Saroj KeringWash, drain, take cabbage in a bowl.
Add all ingredients, except oil.
Marinate, keeping aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a heavy pan.
Add marinated cabbage, stirfry till cabbage is tender but not mushy.
Take off fire, serve hot with chapati or bread or even hot steamed rice.
Making time: 10 minutes (excluding marinating time)
Makes: 2 servings
Shelflife: Best fresh. Use refrigerated for cabbage frankies
