Scrape the outer skin and slit the karelas to remove the seeds. Boil
these karelas in salted water for 3-4 mins.
To prepare the sauce:
Place the stuffed karela on a serving plate and top with a
serving of the prepared fruit sauce.

1 cup salted boondi
For the sauce:
1 medium apple peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
1 cup musk melon or sun melon pieces
1 tbsp. sugar
