Vegetables in salt, pepper and fresh garlic

Method
  1. Prick the mushroom and keep aside. If you are using beans, carrots and cauliflower then cut these vegetables to medium pieces.
  2. Place all the veggies in a microwave utensil. Cook for 1 minute. Alternatively you could steam the veggies for a few minutes till half tender.
  3. Heat the butter and fry the veggies on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the spices and green fresh garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes more.
  5. Carry some dinner rolls to serve with this preparation while travelling.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini cut into thin circles without peeling
1 medium head broccoli cut into medium sized florets
200 gms Button mushrooms, leave whole
Bell pepper, cut into slices or circles
You could also use beans, cauliflower or carrots to add taste and colour to this preparation
1 tsp oregano powder
1 tsp dill powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
