Method
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, curry leaves, jeera, urad dal, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato
Fry until tomato is cooked well
Add potato pieces, salt and turmeric.
Let it cook for 10 minutes
Add coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well
Add methi leaves and cook for 5 more minutes.

A little turmeric
2-3 tsp - oil
