Palak methi tepla

  1. Blanch the Palak and methi.
  2. Once the Palak and methi has been cooked. Grind it in to paste with green chillies.
  3. Now mix all the flours and masala along with lemon juice and seasem seeds.
  4. Once the step 3 is completed then add to it salt and little bit of oil.
  5. Add paste of Palak and methi mixture and Knead it very well. ( If you require then only add water viceversa say if you see the dough is sticky then all more wheat flour to it).
  6. Make required size of balls the dough.
  7. Roll it and put it on hot tava. Apply ghee if require as per your choice.
  8. Relish it with pickle or tomato sauce. Enjoy.

1/2 bunch methi
1-2 green chillies (Depends on how spicy you want)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp dhana jeera powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup atta 1 cup (wheat flour)
1/4 cup bajra flour (optional)
1/4 cup jowari flour (optional)
1/4 cup nachni flour (optional)
1 tbsp seasam seeds (optional)
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp sugar
oil for kneading
