Colourful Veg-Topped Spicy Pizza

Method
- Toss together: cabbage, Chat masala, mustard, vinegar, salt.
- Keep aside for 5 minutes to become tender.
- Spread cabbage all over pizza.
- Dot with sliced olives and capsicums.
- Dot with a little butter.
- Sprinkle grated cheese.
- Grill in preheated oven, till cheese melts, and base becomes crisp.
- Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or ketchup.
Ingredients:
1 - readymade veg pizza, thawed
6 to 7 - green stuffed olives
6 to 7 - black olives
1 - small capsicum, slivered thinly
5 to 6 slivers - yellow capsicum
5 to 6 slivers - red capsicum
1 tbsp - green cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 tsp - chat masala
1/2 tsp - readymade mustard paste
1/2 tsp - white vinegar
1/2 tsp - butter
1 tbsp - grated cheese
salt to taste
