Method
  1. Take a bowl and put 2cups semolina and add salt [according to taste ], red pepper and milk.
  2. Chop green ,red ,yellow capsicum. Add some boiled corns in the mixture above and stir it continuously .
  3. Add some soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  4. Take the bread slice and with help of a spoon grease bread slice with olive or refined oil, spread the mixture.
  5. Add some black olives and sprinkle black pepper.
  6. Grill for 5- 6 minutes till bread gets golden brown and crispy and semolina is overall cooked .
  7. Decorate with olives and corn. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
2 cups semolina
6 slices of bread
1 green capsicum
1 red capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
Black olives
Half cup milk
3 tsp cream
soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Salt Black pepper
Green chillies
Red pepper
