Method
- Wash and clean the spinach leaves well (use baby spinach if available)
- Steam the leaves for 1-2 minutes just till they wilts slightly. You can alternatively boil the spinach.
- Meanwhile add the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Beat well until smooth.
- You can chop the leaves or add them as they are into the curd mixture, setting aside some for garnishing.
- Mix well until it`s blended.
- Garnish with the remaining spinach leaves and more cumin powder before serving.
