Method
- Soak curd and Oats 3-4 hrs. Soak rice in water for about 3-4 hrs
- Grind soaked oats finely for about 5-10mins.
- Grind rice finely for about 10-20 min. Add Sufficient water so that
the batter is not thick.
- Let the batter ferment for about 8-10 hrs.
- Mix Oats and rice batter with salt to taste. Add enough water to
form dosa batter.
- Heat pan.Pour 1 ladle full of batter and spread evenly and roundly
to cover the entire pan.
- After about � min, turn the dosa on the other side, pour about
1tsp oil on the side and let it roast equally on the both the sides.
- Served hot with Coconut Chutney.
