Oats Dosa

Method
  1. Soak curd and Oats 3-4 hrs. Soak rice in water for about 3-4 hrs
  2. Grind soaked oats finely for about 5-10mins.
  3. Grind rice finely for about 10-20 min. Add Sufficient water so that the batter is not thick.
  4. Let the batter ferment for about 8-10 hrs.
  5. Mix Oats and rice batter with salt to taste. Add enough water to form dosa batter.
  6. Heat pan.Pour 1 ladle full of batter and spread evenly and roundly to cover the entire pan.
  7. After about � min, turn the dosa on the other side, pour about 1tsp oil on the side and let it roast equally on the both the sides.
  8. Served hot with Coconut Chutney.
