Method
- Wash beaten rice well, mix it with curd and allow to rest for two hours.
- If the rice has absorbed most of the curd, you could add a little more to make the dish wet again.
- Mix sugar, cardamom powder and saffron.
- Garnish with chopped mangoes or any seasonal fruit and almond flakes. Serve cold.
