Bottlegourd salad

Method
  1. Squeeze out all water from the cooked lauki.
  2. Mix lauki with yoghurt. Add boondi and mix well.
  3. Add salt and mustard paste. Place in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle cumin and chilli powder on top and chill.
Ingredients:
2 cups grated bottlegourd, cooked, all water removed
1/2 cup savoury boondis
4 cups yoghurt, beaten
1 tsp roasted cumin seed, powdered
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp mustard, ground
Salt to taste
