Brinjal methi sabzi

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry.
  3. When the onion turns brown, add chopped tomatoes, salt and spices.
  4. When the mixture bubbles, add chopped brinjal, stir well and cover till brinjal is cooked.
  5. When the brinjals are done, add the fenugreek leaves.
  6. Mix well and cook for 5 min.
  7. Enjoy with chappati.
Ingredients:
250g - brinjal
250g - fenugreek leaves
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - red chillipowder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking
