Carrot cucumber salad

Method
  1. Soak both the dals for half an hour.
  2. In a bowl add grated carrot, very finely chopped cucumber, boiled corn
  3. Then add half of the grated mango.
  4. Grind the soaked dals, small pieces of mango, chillies according to your taste and then add this paste to carrots and cucumber.
  5. Add some salt and fresh lemon juice mix and serve.
  6. A very tasty and healthy dish for kids.
  7. Be careful not to add too much of lemon as you have mango in it add according to your taste.

1/2 cup - yellow moong dal
1/4 cup - chana dal
1/4 cup – boiled corn
2 - carrots
1 - cucumber
1 - raw mango
green chillies
salt
lemon
