Method
- Soak both the dals for half an hour.
- In a bowl add grated carrot, very finely chopped cucumber, boiled corn
- Then add half of the grated mango.
- Grind the soaked dals, small pieces of mango, chillies according to your taste and then add this paste to carrots and cucumber.
- Add some salt and fresh lemon juice mix and serve.
- A very tasty and healthy dish for kids.
- Be careful not to add too much of lemon as you have mango in it add according to your taste.

1/2 cup - yellow moong dal
1/4 cup - chana dal
1/4 cup – boiled corn
2 - carrots
1 - cucumber
1 - raw mango
green chillies
