Method
  1. Soak the gram overnight.
  2. Chop the ginger, garlic and coriander leaves.
  3. Roast the cumin seeds in a pan without oil and powder it
  4. Drain the water from the gram.
  5. Grind the soaked black gram without any water along with the ginger and, garlic.
  6. Add red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, grated coconut, coriander leaves and some salt and mix well.
  7. Take a handful of the mixture and shape into a kabab.
  8. Deep fry in a pan till the kabab is brown.
  9. Serve with sauce or chutneys.
Ingredients:
2 cup black gram
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp mango powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1 small pieces ginger
2 garlic cloves
A few coriander leaves or mint leaves
1 tsp fresh coconut, grated
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
