Chapathi veg roll

Method
  1. Knead wheat flour to make a soft dough by adding salt, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp ghee and water.
  2. Heat oil in tawa, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, green chilli and grind in a blender to make a fine paste.
  3. Add 1 tbsp oil in a tawa, heat it.
  4. Add garam masala powder, saute it.
  5. Add coriander pwd, red chilly powder and stir well.
  6. Add ground mixture from step 2 and saute for a minute.
  7. Add chopped potato, carrot, radish, beans, cabbage and peas.
  8. Add salt generously and cook covered for 5 mins.
  9. Once the vegetables are completely done, add mint leaves and fry.
  10. Once the masala gets thick, add 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, combine well.
  11. Turn off the flame.
  12. Prepare hot chapattis, from the above prepared dough.
  13. Apply the veg masala to a thin layer.
  14. Roll the chapathi and serve hot.

1/4 kg - wheat flour
1/2 tumbler - milk
1 tbsp - ghee
3 tbsp - oil
1/2 tbsp - garam masala powder
1 - onion
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
1 or 2 - green chillies
1 tbsp - coriander powder
1 tbsp - red chilly powder
1 - potato
2 - carrots
1 cup - chopped radish, beans, cabbage
1/4 cup - peas
Mint leaves, a handful
1 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
