Method
  1. Heat ghee/oil in a pan, add cumin and allow it to splutter.
  2. Add chopped green chilli, ginger, onion and fry well.
  3. Add capsicum, carrot, salt, pepper powder and fry.
  4. Now add boiled corn and stir well.
  5. Mix with cooked rice, add lemon juice and serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup - red, yellow and green capsicum, chopped
1 cup - diced carrot
1 cup - boiled corn
1/2 tsp - grated ginger
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
1 - green chilli
1 cup each - chopped tomato and onion
1 tsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - ghee/oil
1/2 tsp - cumin
Salt to taste
