Method
  1. Grind coarsely 25gms corn in a blender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds.
  3. When they crackle, add chopped onion.
  4. When the onions are done, add chopped green chilli, salt and spices.
  5. Then add the ground and whole corn.
  6. Add the coriander leaves.
  7. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook till the corn is done and dry.
  8. Serve garnished with nylon sev.
Ingredients:
100 gms. sweet corn
1 onion
1 green chilli
1 cup coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
50 gms. nylon sev
Oil for cooking
