Grape and Banana Crunch

Method
  1. Combine first four ingredients with a fork.
  2. Place grapes and bananas in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top
  4. Bake in a moderate oven (180C) for about 20 minutes, till the fruit is soft and top is crisp.
  5. Serve warm.

Note:
Spenda and Zero are Sucralose based sugar substitutes, which are stable when cooked or baked and claimed to be safer than aspartame.
The jams and preserves used in these desserts are without added sugar.

Ingredients:
quick cooking oats - � cup
flour - � cup
splenda or zero - 2 tbsp
low fat margarine - � cup, melted
seedless black grapes - 250 gm, lightly crushed
bananas - 2, sliced
