Method
- Soak Green moong overnight Grind the soaked moong to a fine smooth paste with little water.
- The bater should be fluffy. Mix thoroughly, salt, coriander leaves, chopped onions chopped chillies,etc
- Heat tawa/ dosa griddle and spread little oil and put one spoon of bater on the tawa and spread in a circular motion.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or podi chutney diet meals snack

3 cups green moong
2 green chillies finely chopped
2 tsp onions finely chopped
2 tsp coriander finely chopped
salt to taste
oil to fry dosas
