Low calorie potato salad

Method
  1. Boil the potatoes, drain and then cut them into tiny cube-size pieces.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
  3. Add the mixture to the potatoes and stir well. Serve.
Ingredients:
750 gms potatoes
3 tbsp. red vinegar
ΒΌ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp. red bell peppers, roasted and finely chopped
2 tbsp. dhania/coriander minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
8 pitted olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
