Method
  1. Combine all ingredients; knead to a stiff dough with water.
  2. Keep for 10 mins.
  3. Divide dough into 50 equal portions and roll inot this rounds.
  4. Prick each puri with a fork and arrange on a greased baking tray.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins at 200 C
  6. Cool and store in an air tight container.
Ingredients:
200 g - wheat flour
2 tsp - oil
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - oil for greasing
