Millet/Jowar dosa

Method
  1. Mix together millet flour, rice flour with water to make a thin batter.
  2. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, cilantro to the batter and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread out quickly into a circle.
  4. Pour some oil around the dosa and leave it for some time.
  5. Then flip it over, add a little oil and let the other side cook.
  6. Transfer the dosa into a serving plate.
  7. Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter.
  8. Serve hot with desired chutney.
  9. These dosas taste better when they are still warm.
  10. This is a quick breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 cups Millet Flour (Jonna Pindi)
1/2 cup Rice Flour
3/4 cup Onion, diced
3 green Chillies
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
A handful of Cilantro
Salt as required
