Mixed Vegetables and Fruits Salad

Method
  1. Whisk the dressing ingredients and keep it aside.
  2. Now, combine all the other ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Toss with dressing.
  4. Serve immediately or chilled.

Ingredients:
1 cup - red cabbage (chopped)
1 cup - carrot (finely chopped)
1/2 cup - bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup - brocolli (chopped to small pieces)
1/2 cup - green onion (chopped)
1/4 cup - red onions (chopped)
2 inch piece - ginger (grated)
2 cloves - garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup - peas
1/2 cup - mung bean sprouts
1 cup - apple ( chopped to pieces)
1 cup - pineapple (chopped to pieces)
1/4 cup - raisin
1/4 cup - cashew nuts

For dressing:
1/4 cup - lemon juice
1/2 cup - orange juice
2 tsp - honey
4 tsp - pepper powder
2 tsp - soy sauce
