Method
Soak the moong dal for 1/2 hour
Chop french beans; heat oil in a pan; add the crushed garlic, cumin
When the seeds crackle, add chopped onion and saute
When onions turn brown, add the salt and all the spices
Mix well and add the moong and beans
Mix add 1/2 cup of water
Cover and cook
When the beans are cooked remove in a plate and decorate with coriander leaves
Enjoy with paratha or roti

50g - yellow moong dal
200g - french beans
1 cup - coriander leaves
3 to 4 - garlic pods
1 onion
1 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - cumin
Oil for cooking
