  1. Toss all vegetables together and add all seasonings.
  2. Cover with cheese and chill before serving.
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups grated carrots
2 onions, minced
1/2 cup raisins, washed
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
