Oil free ginger pickle

Method
  1. Peel and slice ginger into 1 inch strips.
  2. Put them in a dry sterilized glass bottle.
  3. Add juice of about 4 to 5 limes or lemons, roughly enough to cover the ginger.
  4. Add salt and chilli flakes, keep it in sun or near a heat source for about 5 days.
  5. Ready to eat.
  6. Does not spoil as long as you use dry clean spoon.

Ingredients:
Ginger (Preferably the reddish, thread less variety) 250 gm Lemon Juice 100 ml Salt 1 ½ tsp Chilli flakes (optional) ¾ tsp
