Method
  1. Mix all the above ingredients to make a dosa batter like consistency.
  2. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Make dosas (don't make it very thin) the usual way.

Ingredients:
1 cup - instant cooking oats (powdered)
1/4 cup - rice flour
1/4 cup - rava (sooji)
1/2 cup - yogurt
Salt

Asafoetida - pinch
1 tsp - cumin
Chopped green chillies
1/2 cup - finely chopped spinach
Water as needed (approx 1 cup)
