Palak Corn Brown Rice

Method
  1. Firstly wash the brown rice and soak for 10-15 min,
  2. Heat oil in a cooker and fry the seeds, cloves and leaf with some ginger-garlic paste and chillies.
  3. Add the brown rice , fry for 1 min with some salt
  4. Add 1 cup palak juice and 1 cup coconut milk and pressure cook upto 3-4 whistles
  5. Meanwhile cook the sweet corn.
  6. Release the pressure and stir the contents with this cooked sweet corn.
  7. Serve hot with raitha.
Ingredients:
1 cup - brown rice
1 cup - palak juice (spinach)
1 cup - coconut milk
1/2 cup or less - sweetcorn
Potatoes or carrots can be added if required
1 tsp - olive oil
2 - clove
1 - biriyani leaf
1/2 tsp - fennel
1/2 tsp - cumin
1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
2 - green chillies
Salt
