Method
  1. Cook dal with all leaves, tomato, green chillies, turmeric and salt till soft. Churn and blend.
  2. Heat oil. Add minced garlic.
  3. Brown and pour over dal.
  4. Serve with rice.
Ingredients:
1 cup tuvar dal, soaked in water
2 cups fenugreek leaves, minced
1 cup spinach leaves, minced
1 cup coriander leaves, minced
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tomato, minced
3 green chillies, minced
3 tsp. oil
Salt to taste
