Potatoes in vinegar salad

  1. Heat oil. Add onions, garlic and ginger. Add vinegar and salt, sugar and pepper.
  2. Mix with potatoes. Cool and add coriander leaves.
  3. Arrange on a platter and cover with cheese.
6 potatoes, boiled, peeled, sliced
3 spring onions, chopped
3 sprigs fresh garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
